Our Story

Founded by a crew of BBQ-obsessed expats and local food lovers, Holy Smoke was born from a passion for low-and-slow cooking and the belief that Bonaire deserved a world-class smokehouse. We import the best cuts, source Caribbean spices locally, and let our custom-built smoker do the rest.

Our Philosophy

At Holy Smoke, there are no shortcuts. Every brisket is smoked for 14 hours. Every rack of ribs is hand-rubbed and slow-cooked. We use a blend of local divi-divi wood and imported hickory to create our signature smoke profile — deep, rich, and unmistakably Caribbean.
